OWNERSHIP AND LICENSE

All digital products sold by The Tax Confidante — including the page

designs, layouts, written content, worksheets, spreadsheet formulas,

illustrations, stickers, fonts, logos, and all other original material —

are the exclusive property of The Tax Confidante and are protected by

copyright.

YOU ARE PURCHASING A LICENSE, NOT OWNERSHIP. Your purchase grants you a

limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for your

own personal, non-commercial use.

WHAT YOU MAY DO

- Download, save, and print the files for your own personal use

- Print as many copies as you need for yourself and your household

- Fill in, write on, and enter your own information into the files

WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO

- Resell, license, rent, or distribute the files in any form

- Share, email, upload, or post the files publicly or privately

- Modify, edit, recolor, rebrand, or create derivative works for

distribution, sale, or sharing

- Remove or alter any branding, copyright notice, or watermark

- Use the files or any part of them for commercial purposes, including in

a business, classroom, ministry, coaching program, or client deliverable

- Use the files to create a competing or similar product

YOUR OWN INFORMATION

Any personal or financial information you enter into these files is yours.

The Tax Confidante does not collect, access, receive, or claim ownership of

anything you write or type into a product after you download it.

LICENSE TERMINATION

Your license is contingent on payment being completed and retained.

If a payment is reversed, charged back, refunded, or otherwise not received

in full, YOUR LICENSE TERMINATES IMMEDIATELY. At that point you must stop

using the files and delete all copies in your possession, including printed

copies, saved files, and any copies stored on devices or cloud services.

Continued use, printing, sharing, or distribution of the files after a

reversed or refunded payment constitutes unauthorized use of copyrighted

material and may be pursued as copyright infringement.

The restrictions in the Ownership and License section above remain in effect

permanently, and survive any refund, chargeback, cancellation, or

termination of this license.
